Agri-Business HR Solutions focuses on small business HR needs with a specialty in agriculture in the province of Ontario.
I can work for you to oversee all aspects of hiring, including Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), permits, on-boarding and off-boarding, and we ensure a seamless process. Additionally, we manage employee relations and communications, alongside interactions with Service Canada and FARMS/CanAg program, to align with the goals you set and the strategic direction of your organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete hiring process, including LMIAs and necessary permits.
- Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- Facilitate effective employee relations and communication strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison with government ministries, Service Canada, and organizations like FARMS/CanAg.
- Build and maintain community relationships while actively participating in the Labour Committee of the Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Growers’ Association (OFVGA).

Recent Engagements
I was invited to attend the A.R.M.T.T. meeting in November 2023 and have secured an invitation for the 2024 negotiations in Barbados.
This involvement reflects my commitment to enhancing relationships and processes within the Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) program.
Furthermore, I also had an opportunity to speak across two sessions at the 2025 OFVC (Ontario Fruits and Vegetable Convention). It was a great time, and hosted a great number of very talented people. I was able to talk about my goal to strengthen organizations by optimizing the workforce, and establishing positive work culture.
Advocacy & Outreach
My efforts include direct meetings with the Ministers of Labour for Jamaica and Trinidad to explore improvements in communication and process regarding the TFW program, and I have recently been working with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for El Salvador and Kenya.
I also collaborate with community organizations such as the T.N.O., City of Norfolk, the Farms of Norfolk Football Association, and Haldimand-Norfolk R.E.A.C.H., focusing on outreach efforts to support employees with disabilities.
